Brief de Design de Logo

We need to take a pictorial log and add name and tagline. Logo is circular. We would like two versions: Circular with text incorporated (possibly wrapped around, but that is not necessary)
and rectangular, with the circle to the left and text to the right. This idea of the two logos with the common circular graphic is inspired by the Chipotle Restaurant chain. The have such a scheme with their words, "Chipotle" and "Mexican Grill"

Our website and package incorprorate a burnt orange color with the green, white and gray which are already there. We want to keep our logo to three color, so we might think about replacing the gray with the burnt orange (you can see the color in one of our package designs, which is attached). We are not sure about the color being added, as the present logo color scheme has a certain elegance we like. We leave it up to the designer if the gray or orange looks better. Feel free to provide both
