1. Do you want the logo in sketch or graphic?
2. Do you have specific graphic to be designed?
3. What's the main focus of the logo? manufacturer or surgical instruments?
4. Do you want the logo name designed as a logo?
5. Can I make some logos with the Letter M which is your company's first letter?

If you won't like a design please eliminate design instead of giving 1, 2 or 3 stars!
