Brief de Design de Logo

I need a need a logo that I can use for my company ( Huffy Enterprises). My company manages real estate development from start to finish. I am looking to expand and grow in the real estate world and eventually be more of a property holding company, I am looking for a logo that is professional and will be appealing to outside investors. I would like a logo that has a clean appearance but is also modern and will be able to transition well to logo wear and decals and signs. I am hoping to create a brand that will grow with visual recognition and maintain growth. Please fee free to reach out to me for questions.
