Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for a new company based in Australia (New South Wales). Remote Rehab is a rural business delivering injury management specialist services to assist clients to achieve recovery and return to work after accidents. It is a small health business, specializing in early intervention and injury management and complex case evaluation delivered via a Telehealth platform. I am an Occupational Therapist so I would like the logo to include 'OT' in large letters in the word 'RemOTe', No colour preferences however only two to three to be used in the design and the logo should have some reference to health / injury / recovery / telehealth. I would also like included in smaller font (under the main business name) 'Early Intervention and Complex Case Management Solutions'
