Brief de Design de Logo

Hi All,
We are looking for a modern, fresh, high-end and minimalist logo for a Business Advisory and Project Management firm which we have recently started. 'Emver Partners' is based in Northern Australia and the logo should look to build on the geography of the region where ochre (dry lands), teal (waters) and greens (forests) collide in an amazing colour pattern. The Business mainly caters to high-end clients and government agencies who are looking for a premium advisory and management company to support them in some of the more complex Buisness and project work they may be undertaking.
This area is predominantly made up of islands and interconnected by turquoise blue waters.
The logo should acknowledge the professional nature of our Buisness whilst also acknowledging the relaxed and welcoming culture found across Northern Australia. The Letters of the name could also be integrated into the design (which is shown in some of the example logos). I have added some examples of logo which may be good, but these are not regional specific and do not consider the information above.
We are not looking for an overtly complex logo but one which says a lot without doing alot - one of the examples (the logo of the deer) is a good exmaple of minimalist design being completed simply but in a way which is very stylish.
