Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for my new company based in the UK. The company provides specialist paediatric first aid training to school, nursery and children’s club employees that have children at the heart of their business. The training will enable the employees to save children’s lives if the unthinkable happens and the children in their care become poorly.
The training is a nationally accredited course that occurs over 2 days. During the course the employees will learn techniques to maintain a child health when they have suffered an injury, or if the injury or incident is critical, to enable basic life support until emergency services take over.
The paediatric first aid training I will teach to these employed will enable them to deal with children from 0-18 years of age.
I can also teach adult First Aid at Work courses, but this will supplement my paediatric first aid work.
The design logo will be used on paperwork, letter headings, merchandise etc. and will be the cornerstone of my business. I want my company to be recognised by the logo as a national provider of paediatric first aid training. It must be recognisable, colourful, and understandable.
The logo must include my company name: Regulated for Life
If possible, could you also include: R4L
R4L is a truncated version of the full company name.
If possible, but not essential, I would also like the strapline of: Paediatric First Aid Training Specialists
This would enable anyone who has sight of the logo to clearly see that I specialise in the area of paediatric first aid training. The ethos of my company is that children come first and instead of just ticking a box to accredit employees in this practice, my aim is to ensure those that I train can in fact save a child’s life when required to do so.
