Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking for a logo design that can be used on all my marketing material including business cards, for sale signs etc.
We are located in Sarasota, Florida and we are home of the worlds finest and whitest sand.
I have uploaded a rough drawing of the yard sign layout but am flexible when ideas.
The logo that is accepted will be used on this sign and also all marketing material. We presently use a blue anchor in some of our marketing.
