Brief de Design Graphique
We need a construction site outdoor hoarding design to announce the launch and construction of new residential property development.
The hoarding height is 8 feet. The length is as per attached diagram. It's multiple segments (23feet8" + Gate 20feet + 24feet9" + 59feet6" + 20feet)
The design theme has to match the current theme and look. Please refer to website www.arzacayman.com Images used on the website can be provided to include as part of hoarding design.
- focus on Launch date / Launching Feb 2022
- Website / social media should be big & easy to see
- you should have a “Starting from $xxxxxx” also
- you should also have a spot where we can advertise “xx% SOLD” (This should be in a way that we can continue to apply different numbers on top of the same area as more is sold (Patch to stick on top)
- You also want to focus on “Phase 1” and “Phase 2”... so it can maybe be “Phase 1 Launching Feb 2022” and then patch (Now Launching Phase 2)
Text on hoarding should include features and amenities on the design like for example
- Gated community
- 70+ units (1 Bed + 2 Bed + den)
- Reduced Stamp Duty Available!
- Swimming Pool
- Gym
- Pet friendly
- Upgraded finishes
- 9 feet ceilings
- Open concept floorplans
- Choice of floorplans to suit your needs
- ETC...
These should also be an area of 4 feet x 4 feet maximum for Real Estate Agent logo and contact details. We will provide this.

In your designs, please include a (empty) space for the Gate. The Gate is 20 feet. See diagram attached to the original posting. The gate part does not need to be designed. It will be used to access the construction site. When it will be closed, it will simply have the ARZA logo printed on it in big. Please incorporate this into the design hoarding graphics and renderings. The hoarding designs proposed should indicate which design is for which part of the hoarding (which length).
