Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for my independent acupuncture practice in the Upper Valley of Vermont called Welcome Health, Ltd.Co. I specialize in women's health and fertility, but also treat all genders and a wide range of conditions like stress/anxiety, sleep, digestive issues, and all types of pain with acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. It should definitely have a naturalistic feel, perhaps using a tree or plants or else earthy tones. I prefer something simplistic; definitely subtlety over busy. I want to convey comfort and naturalism but also professionalism, effectiveness, and medicine. It could include an image or element subtly alluding to a baby/fertility, some sort of play on the word 'welcome' and I'm open to either having the word 'acupuncture' with it, or not. I will have a sign out on the street, and without the word 'acupuncture' folks might not know what sort of clinic it is. Thanks!
