We need a flyer for our newest product "The Solar Powered Back Yard Office"

Here is some copy for the flyer:

They are also finding it very expensive to add on to their existing house for a quiet place. Our archatectually stunning, Solar Powered Back Yard Office is the answer. The office studio measures 16' wide and 10' deep. 160 Square feet of space.

Perfect for dozens of purposes. Home office, design studio, artist studio, home school office, reading room, craft studio, drafting room.
