I believe html... but, I have never coded a website. I just send DesignCrowd an email asking how I would edit content and make it live once I select a winner.

For this designer prize 310 usd after designcrowd commissions and money transfer charges I believe is low for all coding work included as other projects of similar types here have designer prize 480 usd to 620 usd including good coding hence you can increase the designer prize to get the best coding, development and results.
