Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for our new company "Anoma". It is a company that will produce and sell women fashion, health and beauty products, so while common for the company it should also be adaptable to the "business line". The company is based in Lao PDR, but both targeting a local and international market. The logo should include the symbol of a lotus leaf, and the brand name, and a sub-heading for the "business line". I have uploaded a couple of examples found online.
We would like the logo to include the colour pink (lotus flower)
