Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a construction management company that will be doing work in the commercial and residential markets. Services provided include project management, supervision, estimating and consulting. The founder served in the U.S. Marine Corps and has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years. The logo needs to be strong, steadfast, solid, bold, yet needs to exudes honesty, integrity, and commitment. These are the core values that the founder stands firm on to this day. The founder chose the Greek word Teleios because it means perfect, without flaw or defect, complete, mature. We are looking for something more than just text if possible, something that marries commercial construction with residential, but also shows our core values.
