Brief de Web Design

Today we have a wordpress site that has served us well, and we want to stay with wordpress, but we need a new up to date fresh look, with an inviting and enticing front, and look that just draws people in to book an appoint for luxury beauty treatment.

The salon consists of beautisian/skin specialint, a cosmetical nurse, and a doctor, - so top notch expertice within skin care and beauty treatment.

- The site should be integrated with Mailchimp (which we currently do not use.

- The site should further be able to "show prices for treatments" in a manner that matches the new website in style and layout, - we do show prices today via ex. the booking module from a vendor, but its done via iFrame

- booking needs to be very easy and intuitive, and the site needs to be response, since 75% of our customers use Ipad or mobile phone while booking

- the colours of the logo and style for the company today is primarily gold and black, and the shop is kept in a minimalistic style

- we have fresh newly made professional pictures made, and we can also later supply a video for ex. a landing page

- we have a license for Elementor if that can be utilized

- we need to be able to translate all elements into minimum Norwegian

- we use FB and Instagram today to promote our services, if that can be incorporated, that would be a promotion plus

today we have the following pages
- main page
- a treatment page, where treatments are in more detail explained, this also doubles as pricelist ... we might look to discard this, since its manually updated and is not the master ... the master is the booking system, which also contains princes
- a portfolio page, seperated into types of treatments, this page also has one element of Instagram which is one of the prime social media channals.
- a team member page, that presents the staff
- a contact us page
- a booking page ( that uses the national available booking system that we want to keep, but present in a different manner if possible) .. including gift card

we are not nessesarily looking to keep all pages, if the new design comes up with a more proffesional and smoother look, so this is debatable, so i have left the "How many web pages do you need designed?" to 4 pages .. again debatable

The final design should communicate luxury and professional skincare and beauty treatments, and easy booking.
