Brief de Web Design

I need the attached Adobe Illustrator/pdf files made into website pages. The brochure currently is a bifold with pages 4,1 and 2,3 left to right, top to bottom .I would like to see the pages on the site placed as pg2 first followed by 3,4,1. Links need to be live.
A contact button would be great instead of using the gmail address and could link to a contact page from another website (https://www.leadingforceedc.com/contact-us) that I currently have. I wouldn't mind driving people to that site too or have a protected contact page to keep spam away as much as possible. Photos need to be easy to change out and text and photos on the current page 4 need to be easy to update.
I own the domain, selahvistahomes.com through Godaddy and can give access to set up the site through them or am willing to go with what ever route would be the least expensive.
I do not understand how to make a website nor understand what coding and Wordpress are so will need someone very patient. I do check my email several times a day and will try to get questions answered within 24 hours. I am including extra photos, logos etc
