Simply Breathtaking is a company that provides breathwork. We are in need of a branded gift certificate measuring 9.8 x 21.3 cm. The gift certificate should be branded (I've attached a recent flyer and our logo so you can see the colour palette). The gift certificate should have our contact details

Instead of calling it a Gift Certificate maybe head it up with A Gift For You
A space required for us to manually populate what has been purchased
A space for a reference code
Any other details you feel are required on a gift certificate
We also require a small 8.5 x 5.5 cm loyalty card, again branded can be one or two sided
Loyalty pays. . .
Then 4 small boxes where they can be ticked
