The Dare includes 21 different daily 'dares' which are action based activities to generate positive mindfulness - to become more contented with life.
Based on the teeaching of the New Thought movements of the early 20th century, think The Secret, Think and Grow Rich.
The book is positive and uplifting. It fits into the self-help / spiritual / health segments. It skews female 40 to 50 year olds.
Think fresh colours like a bold orange or bright green.
