Thank you all for providing your suggestions for our new logo!
I had a requirement that the color #00acdc had to be used which some of you have not included in the designs, When I see the logos I feel that some of them feel a bit too masculine. Is it possible to soften up the designs by using a secondary color, like dark magenta, gold or similar to make the logo pop more?

Forgot one thing... Purpose Impact is the brand so the letters need to have the same size and font.
