What will be the size of flyer

The size needs to be 8"x11.5" for mail out. And whatever size you design for emailing. People will be looking at this on their phones, emails, social media etc.

Can you format for these?
I have the logo ready to send to you, however there is no way to attach on this message. I will see how to within my account page. Sorry, Technology and me are not friends.
