Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a Company based in the German Part of Switzerland. We are changing the name of the Company from (old) H. Kündig-Styger & Co. AG to (new) KHIT AG. Here an explanations for what the 4 letters of the new name stand for:
K= Kündig (our family name)
H = Handel (english trade)
I = Immobilen (english property)
T = Transaktionen (engslish transactions)

The 2 Letters in the end "AG" are standing for Aktiengesellschaft (englisch joint stock company). Many Companies in Switzerland have this ending, so it's not so important for the Logo. Depending of the design it may ore may not be part of it.

So the logo can represent our trade with property ore just trade of any kind. If possible i love a movement in the logo that shows something going up (like for example a line which points up). I have attached a hand painted Logo from me, which shows what I mean. One can also take this draft and make it look more professional. We are open to all color's . I'll attach a file of a fabric we used to produce with the old company. May by the color can be adapted or the white embroidered typical "dot" could somehow be used as a symbol, were we came from. But we are also open for new ideas.

The goal of our company; make fair trades for all kind of humans. We focus for a low/middle clientele (not high end).
