Brief de Design Graphique

Hi,

I just launched a new app for my special needs daughter and others with complex medical conditions. I am needing a graphic of both an apple watch with a tag on the band (see attached image) and a medical alert bracelet to replace the phone graphic on my home page (https://adyaid.org). I would like the engraving on both to be:

Adyson J.
epilepsy, MELAS
medical info @
adyID.org/abc456

I'm thinking that they should be diagonal each other but you be the judge. I want them to be approximately the same size as the current phone graphic. The attention needs to be on the "adyID.org/abc456" as this is the main point of my app.

I would like to receive a graphic of the two items together, as well as each one separately and in a .ai format if possible.
