Brief de Design de Logo

Brand Name logo for a New House that is located next to "El Yunque" which is the only tropical rainforest in the U.S. National Forest Service. There is a lot of vegetation and a nice view of the ocean and mountains. I'm going to market the property in a short term rental platform like AIRBNB and the house it's located on a country side hill. I attached a logo that reflect pretty much of what I am looking for; but I will like to improve it. I like the design of the sample enclosed logo ( the tree, the house, the waves, the colors - but I know it can be improve!) You can start by changing the wording of the sample enclosed logo of "AQUA GREEN" to the wording of "THE RESIDENCE", also change the wording of "Amazing Ocean and Forest View" to the wording of "on the hill... Rest, Relax & Recharge". The main focus of the logo should be the name: THE RESIDENCE.
