I have Maked a Great design but I am little bit confused in colors can you please define which colors or how many colors i should use.

Can I make whole design with Chinese flag colors Red and Yellow #FCE300,#C8102E ?

1-3 Star disappoints designers. Destroys interest in participating in new work.
Most clients do not try to understand this. A designer spends time and talent participating
in a design competition. If you don't like the design, reject it. But don't give 1-3 stars. This makes us very upset.
