Brief de Design Graphique

We need a general marketing ad designed that we can use for events and local publications. A past brochure is posted for some text info. I will also be eventually looking to design a brochure as well so this should somewhat be a shortened version of that. Looking to have an ad created that is 1/4 page and 1/2 page of standard 8 1/2 x 11.
