its give an impact on the designer's profile.1-3 star It's a bad effect for the designer.
If you Don't like any design at first remove the star and simply eliminate it. Thank you.

1-3 Star disappoints designers. Destroys interest in participating in new work.
Most clients do not try to understand this. A designer spends time and talent participating in a design competition. If you don't like the design, reject it. But don't give 1-3 stars. This makes us very upset.
