Our Swiss start-up need a website to promote our new business model. We offer a SAAS solution for landlords of rooms. Typical clients are: Event halls; companies renting out meeting rooms or work desks; public administrations; non-profit organisations; anyone who wants to rent out a room by the hour or by the day. We expect a "one-page website" with clean-design. Logo according to enclosure. Detailed briefing including text enclosed.

• See the comments in the message: Hello - we have received some design proposals so far. We notice that they do not take into account enough essentials. 1. our company has developed a software platform (SAAS) which we offer as a cloud service to landlords. Look&Book is not a landlord neither we are a company that generates leads for landlords. We are tool to support the landlord in his business. (the mentioned web-page https://stephanbreitenmoser.wixsite.com/situation you do not to take into consideration!) Our customers are the landlords of any kind of rooms. The rooms are rented out for a few hours, maximum for one day. They are rooms for parties, for seminars, for school events, for meetings, for practice lessons etc (but not hotel rooms). Accordingly, NO room type is more important than another. The room types must be treated equally (we have attached typical pictures in the briefing). We understand that this is a challenging requirement. 2. The implementation requirement is "clean design". This was basically well understood. But, we assume that our target group is probably "overwhelmed" with the offer for the SAAS/Cloud . It is our concern that we bring the client forward step by step, showing him one topic after the other ("What you have been waiting for?"). So we will explain and convince. In no case should the visitor should be forced to "searching together" the key-messages or having a "need for interpretations". We understand this to mean an implementation such as https://mailchimp.com/en/ or https://sell.fruugo.com/en/why/ . The topic block "What else you want to know about Look&Book" can actually be condensed. We hope that these explanations will help to present you with a great website.
