Brief de Design Wordpress

I would like to have a worpress website designed for me for my restaurant. We have recently moved venues and we are re-branding. Our old venue had a heritage history feel to it with a lot of old antiques etc and in the new venue we will be bringing that feel back but also adding some modern and contemporary touches and would like our website to reflect this. An old meets new vibe. Our restaurant is called 1886 Buffalo and we have a buffalo theme running through the restaurant. We love to celebrate the history of Calgary within our restaurant. We are mainly a breakfast/brunch spot but will also be offering lunch and dinner in our new location. I would like a wordpress website so that it is easy for me to make changes to the content once it has been created. please see the mood board attached to get an idea of our restaurant interior and a few other pieces. We are most likely changing our logo so that the buffalo is a warm brown colour instead of black and will be dropping the 'cafe' so it will only be 1886 Buffalo
