Brief de Design Wix

We are NOT your typical electrical/home improvement contractor, so we need our website updated. We already have a logo for each division.
We provided a neutral logo with a hard hat, a logo for the home improvement, and a logo for the electrical division. (if we can implement all 3 logos will be great but at least the 2 for the divisions must be used.

We looking for a website that a 10-year-old can understand, our target audience is the new young generation that wants innovations in their properties, smart homes, cool smart things/gadgets. So we need a website that is fun, simple, eye-catching. (we don't want to appear TOO serious and boring)
NO GENERIC WEBSITES SO MUST BE VERY CREATIVE!!!

We want to be able to share google reviews, a contact box, business hours, our services, etc...
