Brief de Design de Logo

We are looking to redesign & modernise our present logo. We are a 25+ years old Real estate company based out of Bangalore (India), we build Apartments, Villas, Commercial spaces, IT parks.

Design should communicate
• The design must be Modern, clean and minimal to fit our ethos: Eco-friendly, Growth, Trust.
• The design must work well both online, through social media and website, as well as offline through promotional materials such as Banners, Hoardings & Newspaper Ads. The design must be easy to use as a Signage on buildings etc.
• The design must not be loud, bright, busy or cluttered.
• The design must be proportionate and must be easily centred on promotional materials, signage, hoardings & banners (current logo is not proportionate and cannot be centred easily).
• The design must retain the two leafs (if Possible) from the current logo.
• Logo Text “RENAISSANCE HOLDINGS”
• Tagline “going beyond” (alternative suggestions welcome)
