As per project type and budget the final deliverable will be only Home page design made in Photoshop.
To get the other inner pages design you need to increase budget.

And if you need development for WIX that will be treated as a different project. A detailed budget will be submitted as per job scope if you want to hire us for the development.

Yes. Actually in this type of project(the smallest amount web design project in DC) the home page design will be the deliverable.
WIX mentioned so designer will create a page that can easily sliced up and used in WIX. Because WIX can not use any kind of design in its structure.
