Brief de Design de Logo

We need a simple but at the same time sharp logo for our new product/company. We don't have a preference for the font but it would be good if it's not some rare one. Also, we want to see some "light" representation incorporated in the logo since the company name is "RCM Spotlight". As an example, someone can try to incorporate three stripes from a Lighthouse logo. (Attaching a sample of the icon that I mentioned - BUT PLEASE DO NOT COPY THE ATTACHED ICON into the new logo design; we want it to be as a slight hint, not too obvious). But it's not a requirement to have it in the new logo, just an idea.
