Brief de Design de Logo

Hi Guys, i need a logo made for my newly founded watch valuation company, the main purpose of the company is to put a price figure against a timepiece. The company is called " Chrono Val" tag line will be " Timepiece Valuation Professionals. The design must include a high end logo image that can be used by itself as well as that same logo with a combination text eg company name and the tag underneath that i can put on the reports, email sig, xero etc. The idea i have in mind is like the GIA diamond certificates, modern classy text and color, and the logo to include **** UPDATED 29/10/2021 **** THE TWO LIONS holding a shield, half the shield a scale to symbolise valuation the other half something watch related,

Please note i would like the logo to go from left to right, and also please note i would like to have 2 images, 1 of just the lions holding the shield, that will be like my stamp, and the other one the whole thing, of the ions and the title + tag line.
