Would you please remove the 1&2 star rating and just eliminate the design if you don't like it?

Can you remove 1-3 stars from my first design? In fact,
it has an impact on the designer's profile.1-3 stars This is a bad effect for the designer.
If you don't like any design at first, unstar it and just remove it. Thank you.
