Brief de Design de Logo

The name of the business is Holy Smokes! Authentic BBQ. We need a simple, yet elegant logo to that we will be able to use heavily to brand this new business. The logo must look good in black and inversed, The full color version should be three or less colors. The logo needs to convey our first-class, no short cuts approach to creating authentic bbq because this is what sets us apart from other bbq joints. Our process starts with prime grade meats, a live fire unassisted by propane or electric burners, cooked in a custom hand built offset smoker, and a combined 24 hour cooking process where the most important ingredient is the love and care we put into our food. The logo will be used on everything from signage, to apparel, to stationary, to billboards so it must be able to scale in size from tiny (the side of a pen) to huge (roadside billboard) all the while retaining its brand recognition.
