Brief de Design de Logo

Our family owns an island in the Finnish archipelago of the Baltic Sea and we would like to invent an emblem - a sort of modern coat of arms - for it. The island is very small and mainly consists of solid rock. For us, paddle (for kayaking) and ski pole/xc skies are objects we connect to it, as well as the sea, pine trees, and sauna. We would like to see designs that play with the idea of a traditional coat of arms, but make it modern, possibly minimalist. The colors could be black, grey, dark blue, dark green, preferably simple and clean lines. The design should go in line with the Nordic nature, but can also have some playful elements.
