Brief de Design de Logo

A small home based catering business called Simple Catering needs an eye-catching and simple logo that should give out a homey, familiar and trustworthy feel. Majority of families with school aged children do groceries and cooking on weekends, but mid week they either run out of leftovers and don't have time for cooking, or they want something new and fresh. This is when most of the time they opt for takeout and often fall off track re healthy eating habits. The main focus of our operation is to offer simple home made meals that will help our customers have a meal plan for the week, in the form of fresh, home made, and locally sourced soups, salads, stews, etc. so that a healthy meal to warm up or take on the go is always in the fridge. Theme is SIMPLE as we are catering to everyday families looking for an easy and healthy everyday dinner or a take-from-home lunch.

Updates

Thank you everyone for your submissions. With four days left I am posting an update about what I feel like will not be considered for a final design. Please do not use: 1. Luxurious glossy and bulky block letters in combination with black background. This gives out a corporate, non food related industry feel. 2. Fine line calligraphy font - the type of food we serve is not elegant or pretentious. 3. Any type of a house or a building incorporated in logo - it gives out the insurance company feel. 4. Cool toned and dark palettes. 5. Images with too many fine details - these will not be impactful or visible on business cards or small phone screens. Thank you. SimpleCatering Team
