Brief de Design de Brochure

This may be a larger task than a traditional brochure. This is a brochure I had made up for my old company. I always liked it and it replicated my website ( although the website had more content). What I would like to do is make a similar brochure as far as style goes and I would also like to incorporate the same information into a new website. Some of the wording will need to be changed as well as the Company name and Logo. Is this something that you would be interested in working on ( Bothe the brochure and a website?)
