Brief de Design Graphique

I want to design a crest of arms for my workplace as a christmas gift that reflects where I work. It is a little bit of a joke for when I leave at the end of the year.

What I am looking for:
- coat of arms that has a classic style crest with sheild + two supporters + banner + mantle etc
- colours red and blue
- on the banner there needs to be the words "reditus ante eventus"
- imagery /animals to reflect the values of wealth and greed + medical care
- really open to a variety of designs!

Some other information about our workplace which may help to inspire the design
- the worklplace is medical practice with doctors and nurses
- our practice is located in Brisbane, Australia
- the boss drives a VW combi van
- we see many patients with drug addition
- the boss's favourite food rasberries and blueberries
- the boss's faviourite sport is cricket

It is supposed to be a little bit silly, so bigger and more opulent is better!
