Brief de Design de Logo

This is a birth, midwifery, and new family services business. We want a logo that goes well from website to business card to signage.

I am committed to paying for the right design.

I have attached a picture of an logo similar to what we are looking for in style and what I mean by "Boston Style" signage. Ideally we do not want a pregnant woman or baby in the logo, just the words and a design (but if you can do something that looks great, send it along). The lettering is right on in this design. I am looking for horizontal and vertical versions to consider.

We are based in Seattle and some things we love that you might want to incorporate are:
-the classic style of signs in the Boston area
-blossoms
-light, fun, simple design
-browns, blues, reds, yellows

things we don't like:
-the color green!
