Brief de Design de Logo

I am an Oral Surgeon currently building my own practice and need a logo that is elegant, professional, classic and cool that resonates with patients and dentists. The name of my practice is Rockwood Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and I would like the logo to be "ROCK OMS" with a Pineapple incorporated into the logo and my practice name under the logo. I chose a pineapple as Hawaii is a place that is near and dear to me and it symbolizes warmth, hospitality and generosity. I would like the body of the pineapple to be gold and the "leaves" at the top of the pineapple to be blue. I would like the color of my logo to be predominantly Blue (navy blue, royal blue or Egyptian blue) and White with hints/tinges of Gold worked into it but subtle. Ideally, I would like the pineapple to either be placed to the right of ROCK OMS, above it, faded into the background behind it or inbetween the words ROCK and OMS. I have attached pictures of 3 pineapple designs I quite like for your reference. In regards to the words ROCK OMS and my practice name under it, I prefer some form of block lettering or printed font, no cursive please.
