Brief de Design de Logo

I'm looking for a logo design for a new company. The company name is "Young's Construction Services LLC". The services we are looking to offer includes GPS construction models, that have a survey type element. I'd like the logo to have a reference to survey precision, or topographic map lines. I'd like the word Young's larger than the other text. The design should keep in mind the ability to get it embroidered onto shirts, jackets, and hats. Colors should be black, blue and maybe and an accent of yellow
