Brief de Design de T-shirt

T shirt design for family celebration. We are celebrating my brother giving me part of his liver in 2006. It is a quirky tradition usually with a theme. The theme this year is honoring our Father Arthur H Welch who talked about pivital events in his life (almost washed off a troop transport ship and breaking his glasses which delayed his army experience) and comparing it to the liver transplant
I have downloaded an idea on how to arrange the art work around the picture of arthur. The 4 images are:
1.man over board. My father was on a troop ship and a wave washed two of soldier overboard. I included a man overboard photo and a troop ship just for ideas
2. broken wire rim glasses. Dropped in a bathroom in casper when trying to enlist in the army
3. Liver transplant photo with scar on healthyguy looking like a nike symbol and the skiny guy with stich marks
4. The middle picture is of my father
