Brief de Design de Logo

Taking over an existing Inn/Bed & Breakfast in Ashland, Oregon and needing a fresh, clean, classic design for logo to use in all marketing material, including website. Design must be crisp and clean with a classic but modern look. Current logo and marketing material is very outdated and too Victorian. Looking for more Nantucket look. Intending to paint the house white with a black door, so do not use the current colors on the website (yellow & red) as they are not permanent. Please only use grays/blacks/whites.
