Brief de Web Design

I need a web design for my real estate private lending business. The name of the business is Cerberus Capital Group. I plan on using Wordpress because that platform is the most optimized for SEO, and we will rely heavily on SEO after the website is built.

I want the website to be responsive of course, and have a fresh, professional, and sleek UI.

The 4 main goals of the website will be:
1. Rank in Google for our relevant key words (Los Angeles real estate hard money lending, real estate financing, fix and flip, private lending, etc)
2. Educate them on what our lending platform is capable of.
3. Capture the contact info (email or phone number) of investors & borrowers who are interested
4. Encourage investors and borrowers to contact us directly

All of the information on that website (2nd link) will apply to our business. You can pull the information from that Fortis CG website and make it look more modern / sleek, similar to the 1st link (but better).

We are not selling anything on the website.

I also attached a business card template. I would like something similar to this but one that looks slightly more corporate / professional. Keep the colors the same though.
