Brief de Design de T-shirt

Looking for a t-shirt design for a new apparel business whos customers perform dangerous jobs around the world, Private Military Contractors in particular. I want a design that has a skeleton carrying a Mk-18 rifle with optics. The skeleton should have a beard and be wearing a backwards (snapback) hat, collared button up shirt, cargo pants, and shoes. In addition, I want this skeleton to be holding a leash that is attached to the skeleton of a dog thus making a Canine Detection Team. The team should appear to be working (walking and searching).

Would like a vector image that I can add/change color to and also add a company name if I choose.
