We are a plumbing company that has many services
-Boilers & Controls
-Plumbing & Heating
-HVAC & Refrigeration
-Preventative Maintenacne
-Gas fitting & Drain Cleaning
We primarily look after condo buildings, and our preferred service rates ($98, $93, or $88 depending on the contract) extend to all of our clients. So in essence, we look after the mechanical room and common equipment but our clients can call us in for drain cleaning or replacing a fixture in their suite. The discounted rates apply to the personal residence. We want a flyer to let them know they get a discount on our services. A one-pager we can send out to all of our contract clients.
