Founded in 1989 as a classic architecture office, the focus was initially on the planning and execution of individual single-family houses and small housing estates, whereby a dialogue-oriented planning culture was always in the foreground.
In 2009 the architecture office was transferred to the newly founded 'Arcestate GmbH', in which overall services as well as development, planning and implementation tasks are provided under one roof.
How we work
In our work, we always pursue a holistic and dialogue-oriented approach, which runs through the entire work process.
We are not interested in formal high-gloss architecture and experimental details, but in sustainable design and execution that is appropriate for buildings that have such a long life cycle.
In doing so, we take into account the local context as well as the requirements of the client with regard to the construction program, the spatial organization and the estimated budget.
