Brief de Design de Logo

The business 'Lifetime Performance' purpose is to help others improve their quality of life through better health practices.
We focus on fitness, nutrition and lifestyle optimization for vitality, well- being and performance for a lifetime.
Our services combine strength and conditioning training with nutrition education to improve the health and longevity of everyday people.
Services include:
- In-person group and private strength coaching
- Online training programs and challenges
- Nutrition and lifestyle education and challenges for implementation
- Nutrition coaching sessions (online & in-person).

Our Mission:
Educate and empower others to live in optimal health, avoid metabolic disease, strive for constant improvement, and get the most out of life.

We need a professional logo that portrays a gold standard of health & fitness coaching. I'm thinking the colors to be black, gold and turquoise blue. Turquoise symbolizing their being abundance in optimal health, gold and black symbolizing gold standard in the industry.

I would also like a simple, professional looking icon to represent our brand. Something to signify growth or foreward movement (progression), longevity or vitality.
