Brief de Design de Flyer

We are called ‘’TRUEMANS’’ we are an estate agency based in England. We opened in 2020 in February, few weeks before Covid and we are now known as one of the fastest growing agencies in all of Brighton and Hove.
This is our first Christmas/winter leaflet and this kind of offer!
Offer is: if the client signs with us to sell their home from 1st December 2021 until 7th January 2022 they will receive 50% off TRUEMANS fees.

I am looking for A5 two-sided leaflet. The first side should contain our branding, the offer. Also, maybe this: ‘’ Let us Treat you this Christmas’’ or maybe on the other side of leaflet, which will contain explanation of the offer, our office details etc. the back should also contain some design.
Our target market is higher end clients who own a property in Brighton and Hove and looking to sell. I would say target market 35+ years of age.
Our branding is clean, fresh and eye catching and that’s what leaflet should look like and represent.
I will insert our website link so you could have a look at the properties that we deal with too. I could also insert last leaflet which I designed and had a really positive response & feedback… maybe will give you some ideas.
I have inserted our brand guidelines. We use Truemans in white or blue backgrounds as in guideline.
