Brief de Design de Logo

We need a new logo for a company we recently acquired. We have a few companies that are part of our portfolio, Rand Premier Precision, HN Precision and now JBK, Rand Aerospace Group. We are looking for a logo similar to the other two. I have uploaded the other two logos.

Rand's colors are gray and navy, HN's are gray and red, we are thinking that JBK will be gray and Royal Blue.

We would like JBK on one line and Rand Aerospace Group in smaller letters on the second line.
